SLOTTED SIEVES

Known as slotted sieves or slotted filters, they are intended to measure the flattening coefficient of aggregates in accordance with standard P18-861 or to determine the average thickness of gravel according to standard P18-862.

DESIGNATION

This equipment is supplied in accordance with NF EN 933-3.

SPECIFICATIONS

• comprising a frame and mounts in aluminium supporting 5-mm diameter stainless steel rods
• dimensions: 250 x 250 x 75
• standard gaps: 2.5, 3.15, 4, 5, 6.3, 8, 10, 12.5, 16, 20, 25, 31.5, 40 mm
• equipment supplied with a certificate of compliance
• these slotted sieves can be the subject of a regular inspection (see the section on sieve inspections)

TAILOR-MADE PRODUCTS

Other gaps can also be manufactured on request, such as:

• 2  mm,  7.1  mm,  9  mm,  14 mm…

Depending on these gaps, the weight varies between 1.2 and 2.5 kg.
