SCREEN PANELS AND VIBRATING SIFTERS 

For the production of screen panels, the following must be specified:

• The type of fixing
  • hoocks,
  • eyelets,
  • dowels,
  • welding
• the number of cloths  
• the opening and diameter of the wire
• the material
  • stainless steel
  • high-resistance steel
  • synthetic cloth
• finishes or edges 
• with or without rubber seal
• the nature of the yoke, with or without lead

SPECIFICATIONS

Number of cloths: generally only one, but it is also possible to assemble a fine filtering cloth with a less fine support cloth, possibly in two different materials.

For example: stainless steel support cloth – nylon filtering cloth.

OANELS WITH HOOCKS

Their design varies depending on:

• the diameter of the wire
• the cloth and the type of tension:
  • longitudinal or transversal.

The following must be specified with every order:

• if possible the brand and references for the screen
• the direction of the hooks
• the base-to-base distance of the hooks
• the width with or without edge

CARACTERISTIQUES

These hook panels can be:

• stainless steel or steel
• welded or riveted
• with a rubber or lead yoke
• with a single or double fold
• totally flat with holes
• in the same or opposite direction
• possibly with a support cloth

PANELS WITH EYELETS

 Eyelet panels for sifters are manufactured in

• stainless steel metal cloth
  • edged by an approximately five-centimetre strip of glued synthetic fabric
