Laboratory sieves
Laboratory sieves are the DNA of SAULAS. It is the company’s first product put on the market! They are made entirely in France, in our factory near Troyes, in strict compliance with ISO 3310-1:2019, ISO 3310-2:2019 and ISO 5223:2016. They are recognised as high-quality products by a large number of customers. Thanks to them, our skills have grown and we master every step… Evidence: our dimensional laboratory has been COFRAC accredited in September 2021. We have been supplying sieves with a verification certificate for a long time, and now we can supply them with accrediation COFRAC N°2-6242 (accreditation portal at www.cofrac.fr).
Laboratory sieves are measuring instruments, used either in columns to determine the particle size distribution of a sample, or individually to make a cut.
All our sieves are made of stainless steel. 316L stainless steel is available on request.
They are available in several nominal diameters (DN):
45 – 75 – 100 – 150 – 200 – 203 (8”) – 250 – 300 – 305 (12”) – 315 – 400* – 450 mm
* DN 390 mm
Some sieve can have different depth size. (see data sheet)
Our laboraty sieves are offered among its openings:
- Stainless steel canvas, accorded to standard ISO 3310-1:2019 from 20µm to 3.55mm*
- Stainless steel wire mesh, accorded to standard ISO 331-1:2019 from 4mm to 125mm*
- Perforated sheet with square hole, accorded to standard ISO 3310-2:2019 fom 4mm to 125mm*
- Perforted sheet with circle hole, accorted to standard ISO 3310-2:2019 from 4mm to 125mm*
On special request, SAULAS can produce laboratory sieve with synthetic canvas, or industrial canvas (unstandardizied).
*Reinforced option is possible for washing sieves
Based on the environment (alimentary), the temperature during use, the assembling changes. With same sieves characteristics, SAULAS build cereal control sieves, accorded to standard ISO 5223:2016.
They are completely in stainless steel, with 200mm nominal diameter and 50mm of depth.
- Oblongs openings come from 1mm to 3.55mm x 20.0mm, depending on cereal controled.
- Circles opening (colander) come 1.4mm to 4.5mm (1.4mm, 1.8mm and 4.5mm are standardized).
Each sieve is controlled by our laboratory who will deliver unique certificate.
Many level, with systematic measurement record, are proposed :
- Certificate of certification under accrediation COFRAC N°2-6242 (accreditation portal at www.cofrac.fr),
- Certificate of calibrayion according the the standards,
- Certificate of verification according to the standars.
Also we provid the periodical control of all marcks usable sieves.
This control was certified with th same certificate on our new sieves.
