The following information is needed to specify your filter:

  • Raw material,
    • Stainless steel Aisi 304 L, 316 L
    • Aluminium, nickel, brass, copper, synthetics, adv.
  • Density in kg/m3
  • Wire diameter and cross-section: from 0.08 to 0.5 mm
  • Fluid type and operating conditions

Obtained by raising the temperature of a powder moulding/compression, sintered parts and filters are metallic components with a high and controlled porosity, which find applications in the filtration or separation of liquid or gaseous phases. In addition to their filtration properties, their characteristics can also be used to create a pressure drop, limit the flow, gasify or aerate liquids, avoid pressure surge or be used as a silencer on a vent, prevent backfires during gas combustion.
